ServiceNow Brand Characters: 
"The Platformers"

Every corner of the enterprise can build and scale on the ServiceNow Platform—HR, IT, Security & Risk, Finance & Procurement, CRM, Dev, etc. Pretty much any team that has ever looked at a spreadsheet. 
 

To help make that breadth a little more human, I helped develop the platform's sitcom-inspired voice and wrote the character bible that represents different buying groups through distinct ServiceNow power users.
 

I've written films, event activations, and social content with these characters that bring the platform promise to life—focusing less on product jargon and more on the people, personalities, and work-life absurdities.

In 2024, unaided brand awareness stood at 2%. By 2026? We hit 23%. That's around a 1050% increase. Which...like...wtf???
